Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
- All Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.
- Returnable (unused) goods are subject to a 10% restocking charge
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition.
- Any pre-approved returns must be sent to CANVAS GRIP, INC. prepaid.
- All Defective Returns are subject to inspection.
- Upon verification that the product is defective, a replacement of the product will be shipped, prepaid by us.
- No returns on cut merchandise or custom orders.
